We helped launch a co-working space in Washington, DC in partnership with the Office of the Mayor, Howard University and Clearly Innovative software development.
The In3 co-working space is Washington, DC’s first business incubator catering to underrepresented communities. It is the central hub for like minded business individuals to collaborate, grow and develop their companies.
Our firm conducted the competitive analysis of the marketplace, we created 5 year revenue and expense projects, and we also launched an events based marketing campaign to bring over 1,000 members to the space.
